OTHMAN BIN TALIB. , LL.B (Hons) IIU M’sia PARTNER LAND DISPUTE & NON CONTENTIOUS LITIGATION othman@bcblaw.com.my  Othman Bin Talib born in 28th May 1951 in Pekan;  Graduated in the Diploma of Administration and Law from Institut Teknologi  Mara (UITM). He graduated with an Honours Degree of Law in 1994 from the  International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He was a Senior Settlement  Officer / Assistant Land Aministrator in the Kuantan Land Office and prior to  that has served with the Pahang Government in various positions over a period of  24 years. Called to the Bar on 24th November 1995;  He participated in Kursus Pendakwaan under National Land Code and National  Symposium on Islamic Banking and Finance organised by Bar Council and  AIBIM. He is appointed as Member of Disciplinary Committee Panel.  During his period of attachment with the State in the Civil service, he has spent  most of his time in District and Land Offices in Pahang. Therefore he is very  familiar and expert in land-related issues.  He handles most land related matters.  He also does Civil Litigation on non-  contentious matters. He constantly appears for Land Enquiries at various Land  Offices and he also attends Land Acquisition matters. Attend to Land dispute  matters at the High Court.
