GENERAL The firm handle most general litigation involving  Corporate Litigation, Land Matter, Company  Dispute, Good Sold Deliver, Contract Dispute,  Maritime Law and Partnership Dispute, Disciplinary  Proceeding, Land Acquisation, Environmental Issue,  Probate & Administration and numbers of other  matters that within our scope of practice.  We have acted for numerous company and  individuals over the years. This department is  headed by Dato' Vignesh Kumar Krishnasamy and  assisted by Mr. Muzamil Alif Mohamad with 2 other  assistant. The Firm also have employed Ms. Alice  Ku who is legally qualified and hold a Master   Degree in International Commercial Law in assisting  with the General Litigation Department.
